English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro ELTAM seeks qualified English language teachers for Access Program in Cetinje

English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro ELTAM, with the financial support from the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy Podgorica, will provide scholarships for English language instruction to a group of 20 talented students in Cetinje.  Students will be ages 13-15 from the ninth grade of elementary schools and the first grade of secondary schools and will represent disadvantaged economic backgrounds. Through the Access Program, the students will become familiar with many aspects of U.S. culture and develop a deeper understanding of U.S. values.
