Lead like a Champion! – Trainings for teachers

Lead like a Champion!

Join English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro ELTAM and U.S. English Language Fellow Annabelle Royer for a practical training on how to become one of Montenegro’s leaders in English language education! Trainings are organized with the financial support of the U.S. Embassy in Podgorica, as part of the project Supporting Professional Development of English Language Teachers in Montenegro.

During the training, you will get to build your network by meeting like-minded English language teachers and leaders and express your opinions and concerns for future trainings and professional development opportunities. Most importantly, you will have an opportunity to practice and improve your collaborative, management, organizational and critical thinking skills through hands-on activities designed to boost your abilities to take on real-world leadership challenges.

You will also learn more about future leadership opportunities with ELTAM that can equip you with demonstrated leadership experience, increase your marketability for future jobs, and boost your national and international professional recognition.

Join us and begin leading like a champion that you are!
