The goal of this lesson was to give to students a clearer insight on an impact prejudice and discrimination have on a single person or a society. Our guest, psychologist Milica Pušonjić, presented to them a professional opinion and guidance while they were discussing examples of prejudice and discrimination. Students talked from their own personal experiences or about people they know which made the discussion even more interesting and unique. They presented themselves as mature young people who understand how important it is to be open-minded and empathetic. Students showed a great amount of interest since it is an inspiring topic. Through an activity she had for them, they imagined they were someone else and learned what it is like to be a victim of prejudice and discrimination.
