Access students enjoyed the lesson about President’s Day. They had a guest from the U.S. Embassy, Mr Mark Weinberg, the PAO.
Students shared the facts they already knew about some of the American presidents through history. They expanded their knowledge about the topic by taking part in the discussion with Mr Weinberg. Students wanted to know some less known facts from the lives of several American presidents and Mr Weinberg answered their questions.
They designed posters about five U.S. presidents, including the things they found out from their guest. Mr Weinberg spent equal time in each group, emphasizing the most important facts about the presidents. Students enjoyed the conversation and their posters were very creative.
