Mr Mark Weinberg, PAO of the U.S. Embassy Podgorica, his wife Erica Krug and their son Nico Weinberg, U.S. Marine officers and Ms Jelena Vojnic celebrated Christmas with our students today. Our students talked about the way Christmas is celebrated in Montenegro and compared our way of celebrating it with the American one. Guests shared their experience as well. Guests also brought traditional American Christmas cookies. Both students and guests read Christmas poems and stories. Students gave hand-made Christmas ornaments to the guests as presents.
Mr Mark Weinberg congratulated Access Program students on participating in and winning the 4th Annual Create Your Own Board Game Competition of the U.S. Department of State American English website. He also gave presents to all our students emphasizing that they did a great job.
