The U.S. Marines were guests of the Access Microscolarship Program on Saturday, March 11, 2017, within the sport activities topic. In the gymnasium of the Secondary School of Economics “Mirko Vesovic”, Access students and the marines were highly involved in practicing sports. After a short introductory note, our students and the marines practiced several sports, including non-contact dodge-ball and contact indoor football. The students learned about the importance of being physically active, rules of dodge-ball playing and being a part of a team in sports. They pointed out that both physical and mental activeness are equally important for people’s health.
